If you are dissatisfied with a purchase made at Livelyview.com, you may receive a refund if you meet the following criteria from our Returns Policy:
We will gladly accept your return of new, unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging for up to 14 days from the purchasing date. Or you may exchange the item for something else in the store. We cannot accept returns of worn, used or damaged merchandise, merchandise without original tags and packaging or final sale merchandise.
To return merchandise purchased on Livelyview.com, please use one the following method:
USPS Prepaid Shipping Label
Complete the return form included in the box with your order. Make a copy for your records and include the receipt in the box with the items you wish to return. Pack up your return shipment and affix the pre-paid USPS shipping label you received with your order to the front of the box. Drop off your return shipment with your postal carrier or at your nearest US Post Office. If you have any issues, please contact us at Debbie@livelyview.com. Once we process your return, we will send you an email confirming the return.
All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt, and the return form. Livelyiew.com is not responsible for lost return shipments. Funds will be credited back in the form of your original payment. Processing of your return may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return shipment. Depending on your credit card company, a credit card refund should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.
